George, I'm a big fan of your work and have recently visited a tesla dealership as I'm contemplating purchasing one. I asked the sales guy if he knew what the RF/EMF exposure is for their cars and they could not give me an answer. Have you experimented with this? That may be a huge setback for tesla if microwaving their customers as they drive.
Unless you have some kind of new and revolutionary proof of the opposite, there is no reason to be worried about any dangerous side-effects from non-ionising radiation. Modern RF-equipment like cellphone towers, cell phones and Wi-Fi emit low to extremely low power signals. These signals has not been proven to cause any kind of bad effects at all.

I am very interested in having a Self-Driving car. August 29, 1987 I was hit HEAD-ON. I had a TRAUMATIC BRAIN INJURY. I was in a coma for 4 months...then had to relearn EVERYTHING! I lost the RIGHT-FIELD of VISION from BOTH EYES so my DRIVING is LIMITED. My parents won't let me drive out of Brevard County, Florida. I now own a 2015 Nissan Versa Note. Would your device work in my car? I would love to test it here in Florida! Please let me know!
